2019 Outdoor: Big 12 Champion in the 400 meters (45.45), becoming just the second athlete in Big 12 history to win the outdoor 400 meters title all four years (Darold Williamson, 2002-05)... Advanced to the NCAA Championships in both the 400 meters (45.11) and 4x400-meter relay (3:03.17 - tied for season best), placing second overall in both events at the NCAA West Preliminary Championships... Won the 400 meters (45.25) and 4x400-meter relay (3:07.81) at the National Relay Championships... Ran a season-best time of 44.93 to win the 400 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational...
