2020 Cross Country: Scoring runner for Baylor in three of four meets... Opened the season with a personal-best 8K time of 25:20.0 at the ACU Invitational to finish fourth... Placed 68th at the OSU Cowboy Jamboree with an 8K time of 26:22.1... Took 54th at the Arturo Barrios Invitational with an 8K time 26:15.0... Finished 52nd at the Big 12 Championship with an 8K time of 25:54.0.

2020 Indoor: Did not compete in any meets.

2019 Cross Country: Competed in three meets for the Bears... Ran an 8K time of 26:54.0 at the Chile Pepper XC Festival to finish 229th... Placed 192nd at the Arturo Barrios Invitational with an 8K time of 27:09.6... Finished 74th at the Big 12 Cross Country Championships with an 8K time of 27:12.6.

2019 Outdoor: Did not compete in any meets.

2018 Cross Country: Competed in three meets before missing the rest of the season... Earned Big 12 Runner of the Week honors on Sept. 4 following his season-opening win at the Bear Twilight Invitational, where he led the Bears to the team title with a personal-best 6K time of 18:17.2... Led the Bears with a third-place finish at the Gerald Richey UTA Invitational, recording a 5K time of 15:38.4... Placed 67th at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational with a 5-mile time of 26:17.52.

2018 Track: Earned first career All-Big 12 honors by running anchor leg for BU’s eight-place distance medley relay at the Big 12 Indoor Championship…Participated in four indoor meets, running in the 3,000 meters and 1-mile…Placed fifth in the 3,000 meters with a time of 8:44.14 at the Texas Tech Corky Classic…Also finished 11^th (8:39.18) at the Power Five Invitational and 22^nd (8:43.81) at the Big 12 Indoor Championship in the 3,000 meters…Recorded a seventh-place finish in the 1-mile with a time of 4:18.81 at the Texas A&M Quadrangular… In the outdoor season, participated in four meets and ran in three different events…Placed 14^th (4:05.66) at the TCU Invitational and sixth (4:04.26) at the Roadrunner Invitational in the 1,500 meters…Also finished seventh (8:59.04) at the TCU Invitational and third (8:55.42) at the Baylor Invitational in the 3,000 meters…Placed sixth in the 5,000 meters at the Michael Johnson Invitational with a time of 15:28.58…Earned spot on Academic All-Big 12 Rookie Team.

2017 Cross Country: Competed in five meets during freshman season and served as scoring runner in season opener…Was the fifth BU runner to cross the finish line at the Bear Twilight Invitational, earning a seventh-place finish with a time of 20:48.1 (6,000m)…Competed at the Joe Piane Invitational and Pre-Nationals, finishing with times of 25:59.4 (5-mile) and 25:35.3 (8,000m), respectively…Finished 60th at the Big 12 Championship with a time of 25:41.7…Had top-100 finish at the NCAA South Central Regional Championships (32:32.6) on 10,000m course.

High School: Three-time letterwinner for the Bears of Palmer Ridge H.S., running cross country and track…Ran under Kelly Christenson and Rob Collins, helping his team win the Pikes Peak Athletic Conference each season and winning the state championship on three occasions (2014 cross country, 2015 track & field, 2016 cross country)…Was a three-time all-conference honoree for both cross country and track…Currently holds the school record in the 1,600 meters where he won an individual state title in 2017…Also an all-state cross country member in 2016, he was the conference champion that same season…In the classroom, was a four-time academic all-conference member…Also participated in band and FCA.

Personal: Son of Randy and Sherri Meadows…Participated in Boy Scouts…Majoring in computer science…Wants to create big-name software in the future.
