Bears face Buckeyes on Friday night at Ferrell
WACO, Texas – The 18th-ranked Baylor volleyball squad hosts its second top-20 matchup of the week when the Bears face No. 19 Ohio State on Friday night at 7 p.m. at the Ferrell Center.
The match will be a white out for Baylor, with free white rally towels available for the first 300 fans.
BU (4-4) is coming off a 3-1 loss to No. 11 Washington State (9-1) to face the Buckeyes. This will be the first matchup in program history between Baylor and OSU.
Ohio State comes to Waco following a Thursday night matchup with No. 6 Texas in Austin.
Against Washington State, Baylor was once again led by Kyndal Stowers, collecting 20 kills for the third match on the season. Both Alicia Andrew and Manuela Bibinbe had four blocks, while junior libero Lauren Briseño dug 18 balls for a season-high.
The match will be streamed on ESPN+, with John Morris and former BU volleyball standout Katie Staiger Smith on the call. Live stats and links to watch the match on ESPN+ can be found at linktr.ee/baylorvball.
