- Baylor earned its 25th win, tying the school record for most wins in a regular season (2012).
- Baylor also tied the 2012 season for most wins in conference play in school history (12).
- Baylor finished tied for 2nd in the Big 12 standings, equaling the 2010 season for best finish in the league's 21-year history.
- BU earned the No. 3 seed in the Big 12 Championship, tying the 2010 season for best in league history.
- BU reached the 25-win mark for the 5th-time in program history.
- Baylor is now 88-162 all-time against Texas, including a 30-88 mark in Austin and a 13-20 record in the Scott Drew era.
