WACO, Texas - Television details for three 2016 Baylor football games were announced by the Big 12 Conference office Wednesday.

The annual Baylor-Texas Tech Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Shootout at AT&T Stadium in Arlington on Nov. 25 will kick off at 5 p.m. CT and air on ESPN, and two non-conference home games at McLane Stadium will be televised on FOX networks: the home opener vs. Northwestern State moves to Friday, Sept. 2 at 6:30 p.m. on FSN and Sept. 10 contest vs. SMU on FS1 at 2:30 p.m.

Baylor's Sept. 16 road game at Rice was previously announced for telecast on ESPN at 7 p.m. CT. Kickoff times and television details for the remaining eight regular-season games will be announced during the season.

The Bears enter the 2016 season under new acting head coach Jim Grobe, who inherits 46 letterwinners from the 2015 season in which BU finished with a No. 13 national ranking and as the Russell Athletic Bowl champions (a 49-38 win over No. 10 North Carolina, its school-record sixth straight bowl appearance). Baylor has won a Big 12-best 50 games over the last five seasons, including two conference championships and three bowl wins.
