SKILLMAN, N.J. - The Baylor men's tennis duo of Diego Galeano and Julian Lenz were ranked No. 1 in the final Oracle/ITA doubles rankings of the 2015 season, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced Wednesday.

They were the first Baylor pairing to ever make the semifinals of the NCAA Doubles Championship and now are now the first BU tandem to ever end the season at No. 1. The previous end-of-year ranking high for Baylor was the No. 5 ranking achieved by Dorsch and Matija Zgaga in 2005 and Roberto Maytin and John Peers in 2011.

Galeano and Lenz tallied ITA All-America accolades by being a seeded combo for the NCAA Doubles Championship. It is BU's first doubles All-Americans since Maytin and Peers in 2011.

It is the second straight-year that BU has had two singles All-Americans. Baylor has had one singles All-American in 12 of the last 14 years.

Tchoutakian (No. 56) concluded his season in the second round of the NCAA Singles Championships with an 18-12 record overall. The first-year Bear was 15-10 in dual-match play and achieved a season-high singles ranking of No. 36 on March 10.

Galeano (No. 72) ended the year back in the singles rankings for the first time since being No. 26 in the ITA Preseason rankings on Sept. 8, 2014.
