No. 7 UCLA pulled off the early upset of No. 2 North Carolina, 4-1, advancing to Monday's semifinal round of play. Splitting the first two doubles sets on Courts 1 and 3, the Bruins were lifted by an 8-4 victory on Court 2 to take the doubles point, 0-8, 8-5, 8-4. Flipping to singles, Jennifer Brady grabbed a 6-4, 6-1 advantage on Court 3 to move the UCLA lead to 2-0. UNC's Whitney Kay put the Tarheels on the board with a 6-3, 6-4 win on Court 4, narrowing UCLA's lead to 2-1. On Court 2, UCLA's Chanelle Van Nguyen posted a 6-0, 6-2 mark to bring the Bruins within a point of clinching the match. It came down to top-ranked UCLA's Robin Anderson on Court 1, facing UNC's Jamie Loeb. Anderson pulled through for the Bruins, outlasting Loeb for a 6-3, 7-6(1) victory.

No. 6 Georgia closed out No. 14 Stanford, 4-1, extending their season into a semifinal matchup with UCLA. After sweeping the doubles point, 8-2, 8-0, UGA maintained control of the match through the transition to singles. Silvia Garcia extended UGA's lead to 2-0 with a 6-2, 6-2 victory on Court 3. Stanford answered back from Court 2, with Taylor Davidson grabbing a 6-2, 6-4 victory to put the match at 2-1, UGA. On Court 5, Hannah King pushed the UGA lead to 3-1, grinding out a 6-2, 2-6, 6-3 victory. Kennedy Shaffer secured the match victory for the Bulldogs on Court 4, besting Stanford's Krista Hardebeck, 6-3, 0-6, 6-4.

No. 1 USC downs No. 8 Baylor, 4-1, advancing to a Monday semifinal showdown with Vanderbilt. Splitting the doubles on Courts 2 and 3, the deciding set came on Court 1, with the Trojans earning the doubles point with a tiebreaker win, 8-7(1). Transitioning to singles, USC maintained control of the match, picking up a 2-0 advantage with Madison Westby's 7-6(4), 6-2 win on Court 4. From Court 6, Meredith Xepoleas gave the Trojans a 3-0 lead, grabbing a 6-4, 6-2 victory. Fighting to extend the match, Baylor's Ema Burgic lifted the Bears with a 6-2, 7-6(6) win from Court 1. Just moments later, on Court 5, the Trojans were able to close the match out with Gabby Smith's 6-1, 6-4 advantage over BU's Theresa Van Zyl.

No. 4 Vanderbilt outlasted No. 5 Florida, 4-3, advancing to a semifinal matchup with No. 1 USC. The Commodores picked up a 1-0 advantage, clawing out the crucial doubles point from the Gators, 8-1, 5-8, 8-7(8). UF bounced back in singles, picking up a quick equalizer point from Court 5. Belinda Woolcock grabbed a 6-1, 6-4 win to even the match at 1-1. The Gators continued to roll, with Kourtney Keegan giving the Gators a 2-1 lead with a 6-3, 6-3 victory on Court 4. From the No. 1 spot, Brooke Austin's 6-3, 6-3 win put Florida just a point shy of a match victory. Vanderbilt answered on Court 3, with Frances Altick posting a 6-2, 6-4 mark to narrow the Gator lead to 3-2. On Court 6, Ashleigh Antal grinded out a 4-6, 6-4, 6-2 victory to even the match at 3-3. Down to the final singles match, Vandy's Astra Sharma pulled through for the Commodores, downing Florida's Josie Kuhlman in three sets, 7-5, 2-6, 6-4.
