WACO, Texas - Baylor released its 18-match fall 2015 schedule Thursday, featuring eight home contests and seven teams that participated in the 2014 NCAA Tournament. BU's foes combined for a 170-153-40 record in 2014.

Baylor will begin with a pair of exhibition home matches at Betty Lou Mays Soccer Field. The first is on Aug. 10th at 6 p.m. CT against Samford and the second is on Aug. 15 at 6 p.m. versus Abilene Christian.

The regular season will start on Aug. 21st at 7 p.m. in Waco as BU hosts South Florida (2014 NCAA Tournament participant). The Bears will also welcome Michigan State Aug. 24th at 7 p.m. before embarking on a season-long, four-match road trip.

BU heads to West Lafayette, Indiana, for a pair of matches on Aug. 28th and 30th against Purdue and Indiana, respectively. The Bears return to Texas for a Sept. 4th tilt at Sam Houston State and Sept. 6th match at Incarnate Word.

From Sept. 11-13th, the Bears will host the four-team Baylor Tournament. The event will begin with UTSA facing Louisiana-Lafayette on Sept. 11th before BU takes on Northern Illinois at 7 p.m. On Sept. 13th, NIU and Louisiana-Lafayette will square off prior to Baylor taking on UTSA at 4 p.m.

Before beginning Big 12 Conference play, the Bears head to Colorado Springs, Colorado, for a pair of matches. BU will matchup with Air Force on Sept. 18th and Colorado College on Sept. 20th.

The Bears open league play at home on Sept. 25th against Oklahoma State (2014 NCAA Tournament participant) at 7 p.m. After road matches at Iowa State on Oct. 2nd and Kansas (2014 NCAA Tournament participant | No. 23 final NSCAA ranking) on Oct. 9th, Baylor hosts Oklahoma (2014 NCAA Tournament participant) on Oct. 16th at 7 p.m. and Texas Tech (2014 NCAA Tournament participant | No. 14 final NSCAA ranking) on Oct. 18th at 1 p.m.

To finish the regular season, BU travels to TCU on Oct. 23rd and Texas (2014 NCAA Tournament participant) on Oct. 25th before closing out Big 12 play at home against West Virginia (2014 NCAA Tournament participant | No. 15 final NSCAA ranking) on Oct. 30th at 7 p.m.

The Big 12 Soccer Championship will commence on Nov. 4th, and a champion will be crowned on Nov. 8th. The tournament will take place in Kansas City, Missouri, with all matches being played at Swope Soccer Village, hosted by Sporting Kansas City of Major League Soccer. The Bears will then be looking to compete in the NCAA Tournament, which will begin on Nov. 13th at campus sites.

The Bears are coming off a 9-8-3 (2-5-1 Big 12) campaign in 2014 in which their season ended at the Big 12 Championship. No. 7 seed BU upset No. 2 seed Oklahoma State 1-0 before falling to No. 6 seed Oklahoma on penalty kicks. Baylor returns 17 players, including seven starters, while welcoming 14 newcomers for the 2015 season.
