MISCELLANEOUS NOTES
- Baylor moves to 2-3 all-time versus Arkansas State and 2-0 in Waco.
- Baylor has now won 28 consecutive non-conference home games, dating back to Dec. 12, 2012.
- Baylor has won 19 straight home games against unranked opponents, dating back to Jan. 28, 2014.
- Baylor is 86-11 when leading at the half over the last four seasons, including 3-0 last season.
- Baylor is 43-15 all-time against current members of the Sun Belt Conference.

TEAM NOTES
- After starting out to a 5-5 tie in the opening two minutes, Baylor would go on a 17-5 run over the next 5:32 to get out to a 22-10 lead.
- Baylor had five players in double-figures (Prince 25, Freeman 19, Motley 13, Medford 11, Gathers 10). It is the fourth time in five games the Bears have accomplished the feat.
- Baylor has made at least one 3-point field goal in 771 consecutive games - the second-longest active streak in the Big 12 (Texas). The last time Baylor did not connect from 3-point range was Feb. 21, 1990 vs. Texas Tech.
- Baylor tied 34-34 on points in the paint. They have led or tied in that category in all five of the games this season.

INDIVIDUAL NOTES
- Taurean Prince led all scorers with a season-high 25 points, shooting 8-8 from the free throw line and 3-6 from three. This was the second consecutive 20+ scoring output for Prince and the 11th of his BU career.
- Al Freeman posted 19 points on 7-13 shooting, adding two rebounds and five assists.
- Freeman tied a career-high with 5 assists for the second-consecutive game and the third time in his career.
- Johnathan Motley scored 13 points on 5-9 shooting, including a 3-3 mark from the free throw line, adding three blocks and two rebounds.
- Rico Gathers finished the game with 10 points and a game-high 13 rebounds, earning his second double-double of the season and the 26th of his Baylor career.
- Gathers finished with 16 points for the 39th game of his career with double-figuring scoring.
- Ishmail Wainright made his fifth consecutive start, recording three points, four rebounds, and three assists.
- Jake Lindsey played in a career-high 17 minutes, adding five points, two rebounds, and two assists coming in off the bench.
- Terry Maston posted six points on 2-3 shooting, adding six rebounds.
