SKILLMAN, N.J. - For the seventh consecutive season, the Baylor men's tennis team earned ITA All-Academic team recognition, while players Marko Krickovic and Patrick Pradella were honored as ITA Scholar Athletes, the Intercollegiate Tennis Association announced recently.
To be recognized, the Bears had to have a cumulative team grade point average of 3.20 or above.
Individually, Krickovic was named a Scholar-Athlete for the third straight season, while Pradella tallied his second consecutive designation by maintaining a 3.50 GPA for the current academic year.
In order to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status a player must also be a varsity letter winner, and have been enrolled at their present school for at least 2 semesters.
As announced Tuesday, the men's team placed two representatives on the Baylor Dean's List and 10 on the Big 12 Commissioner's Honor Roll.
