WACO, Texas - Baylor soccer improved the quality of its depth on offense with the addition of a pair of forwards from the high school class of 2015, co-head coaches Marci and Paul Jobson announced Wednesday. Both Ashanti Carey (Bridgeton, Mo.) and Amanda Hoglund (Spring Grove, Ill.) will graduate high school early in order to partake in the BU's upcoming spring season.

"We are excited to have Ashanti and Amanda join our program this spring. Both have made the commitment to graduate early from high school so that they can start preparing for the college game. It is a great advantage for them and our team to have a spring season of training under their belts prior to fall competition," Paul Jobson said. "Both are tremendous young people and great students that will fit very well into our family and help us to continue moving this program forward."

The duo will join the 18 returning players from the 2014 squad as the Bears will be replacing five impact seniors with a few more additions in the spring signing period.
