WACO - The No. 7 Baylor equestrian team (6-3) will open up spring action when it travels to Las Cruces, N.M. for a showdown with New Mexico State (3-5) Saturday morning at 10 a.m. at the NM State Equestrian Center.
"We are excited to start the spring season on the right note," head coach Ellen White said. "We have been getting better during the break, so now we get to put it into action."
The two teams met back on Sept. 22 at the Willis Family Invitational with the Bears capturing an 11-5 win.
Baylor is on a three-match winning streak entering spring play, while New Mexico State has dropped two-straight.
