• Baylor advances to Sunday's Elite Eight matchup against the Kentucky-Indiana winner.
• Tonight's win advances Baylor to the NCAA quarterfinals for the fifth time in school history (2010 Elite Eight and eight-team regional semifinals in 1946, 1948 and 1950).
• Baylor advances to a regional final for the second time in three years and the fourth time in school history (2010 South Region-lost to Duke, 1950 West Region-lost to Bradley, 1948 West Region-beat Kansas State).
• The Bears won their third straight NCAA Championship game, tying school record for NCAA wins set in 2010.

• Junior Pierre Jackson finished with 16 points and has scored in double-figures in seven straight games.
• Jackson's 10 assists tonight ties his Baylor's single-game NCAA Championship record set last game vs. Colorado.
• Jackson's 2 steals tonight moved him into sixth place on Baylor's single-season list with 66.
• Perry Jones III finished with xx points, his first double-figure scoring effort of the NCAA Championship (2 & 7 previous).
