WACO, Texas - The 17th annual Tip-Off Sports Luncheon presented by First National Basketball of Central Texas will be held Wed., Oct. 26 at 11:30 a.m. at the Ferrell Center.

The guest speaker will be Marion Jones, who will candidly share her life story as a former track and field star, member of the 1994 North Carolina NCAA Women's Basketball Championship team and member of the Tulsa Shock in the Women's National Basketball Association. Jones will talk about some wrong turns she took as an athlete and her road to getting back on the right path.

In addition, Baylor basketball men's head coach Scott Drew and women's basketball coach Kim Mulkey will preview their teams' upcoming season. McLennan Community College men's head coach Kevin Gill and Highlassies head coach Ricky Rhodes also will speak.
