WACO, Texas (AP) - Brittney Griner had 24 points, 11 blocks, and 10 rebounds for her second triple-double and No. 15 Baylor routed Colorado 76-42 on Saturday night.

Griner's other triple-double came against Oral Roberts on Dec. 16. Morghan Medlock added 13 points and nine rebounds for the Lady Bears (17-5, 4-4 Big 12).

"Brittney Griner is even better in person than I remember from her AAU days, and of course on film," said Colorado head coach Kathy McConnell-Miller. "She really changed the complexion of everything tonight, particularly what we were trying to do."

Griner's triple-double is the 15th in Big 12 history. With her 11 blocks, Griner also extended her Big 12 and Baylor single-season block record to 133 blocks.

Brittany Spears scored nine points and Chucky Jeffrey added 8 for Colorado (12-9, 2-6).

With Colorado leading 10-9, Baylor went on an 18-5 run led by Griner, who scored 10 points and blocked three shots, including two in a six-second span. Without leaving her feet, Griner blocked a shot attempt by Colorado's 6-4 Courtney Dunn and then grabbed the rebound.

"The offense that Colorado runs allowed Brittney to stay off of the big girl at the top and just roam a little bit defensively and swat shots," said Baylor head coach Kim Mulkey. "I thought our perimeter defense in not allowing (Bianca) Smith and (Brittany) Spears to hit their usual perimeter threes was big."

The Lady Bears limited Colorado to just 21 percent shooting, while forcing 22 CU turnovers. Baylor also controlled the paint, scoring 46 of its 76 points in the paint compared to just 10 by the Buffaloes.

Griner scored 13 in the first half and Baylor led 33-15 at the break. She has the only triple-doubles in school history.

The Lady Bears will next be in action, Wednesday night, as they travel to No. 13 Oklahoma. Tip off is set for 7 p.m.
