IRVING, Texas - Baylor men's basketball freshman Perry Jones III was named Phillips 66 Big 12 Co-Rookie of the Week for Nov. 15-21 in voting by a panel of media covering the conference. Jones III shares his weekly honors with Iowa State's Melvin Ejim.
