For fans attending the Bears' 2009 home opener against the UConn Huskies, which also marks Parents' Weekend on the Baylor campus, here are 10 items that may make your game-day experience more enjoyable.

1) The Floyd Casey Stadium parking lots open at 8 a.m. Game-day parking is $10 ($25 for RVs).

2) The Floyd Casey Stadium ticket office opens at 9 a.m. The FCS ticket office is located in the North Endzone building. Tickets for the BU-UCONN game are $35 for adults and $20 for children (2-18; under age 2 do not need a ticket).

3) Fans wishing to park away from Floyd Casey Stadium are encouraged to ride Waco Transit's BU Tailgater. This FREE shuttle begins two hours before the game and runs approximately every 15 minutes. The Tailgater can be boarded at Vitek's, Heritage Square and across from Heritage Quarters with drop off at Touchdown Alley. For more information, contact Waco Transit at 254.750.1900. Unlike previous seasons, there will be NO shuttle service from the Ferrell Center to Floyd Casey Stadium.

4) Snickers Touchdown Alley has a new home on the old football astro turf practice field. Touchdown Alley opens at 1 p.m. The fun-filled family area includes: a live pre-game radio show, food/drinks, inflatable games, face painting, photo opportunities, and much, much more. Touchdown Alley closes 30 minutes prior to kick-off.

5) Gates to Floyd Casey Stadium open at 2 p.m., with kickoff for the Bears and Huskies set for 4:05 p.m.

6) If you have purchased tickets in advance and are picking them up at Will Call, here are the various Will Call locations at Floyd Casey Stadium - General Public is in the North End Zone; Baylor student-athlete guests are at Gate 2; High School coaches are at Gate 1A; and visiting team is on the east side - Gate 9. Photo ID is required for ticket pick-up at all will-call locations.

7) Baylor students who did not pick-up their game ticket during the week at the SUB, may pick-up tickets and purchase guest tickets starting at 9 a.m. at the Floyd Casey Stadium Ticket Office. All Baylor students will enter at Gate 11.

8) Once inside the stadium, should fans need assistance, please text BUHELP to 74700. Stadium customer service agents will be on hand to assist with any problems that develop and will respond to your text message in a timely fashion.

9) If you can't make it to Floyd Casey Stadium, a live video webcast with audio courtesy of the Baylor-ISP Sports Network will be available. You must purchase the Baylor All-Access package ($6.95 per month) to watch the game. Next week's game against Northwestern State will also be included in the All-Access package, as are select Baylor volleyball, women's basketball, baseball and softball games. Home football games are also available on a delayed basis through the Bears' All-Access package.
