WACO, Texas - The Lady Bear Tip Off Club (TOC) invites all members and prospective members to the 10th annual Welcome Back Supper, Thursday, Oct. 8 at 6:30 p.m. in the Ferrell Center.

This fun, casual covered dish supper is an opportunity to visit with the players and coaches. Head coach Kim Mulkey will introduce the players, which includes six newcomers, staff and offer brief remarks about the upcoming season.

Bush's Chicken will provide chicken tenders, rolls and iced tea for the pot luck supper, with everyone required to bring a side dish or dessert.

Membership forms will be available for those wishing to join.

The Lady Bears open their regular season on Sunday, Nov. 15, when they travel to Knoxville, Tenn., to take on the Tennessee Lady Vols in the State Farm Tip Off Classic at 4 p.m. (Central). The contest is preceded by two exhibition games on Nov. 3 (St. Edwards) and Nov. 7 (Incarnate Word).
