"My start wasn't exactly the cleanest, but it wasn't too bad. The conditions weren't all that good either, but I'm still pleased with the race. That is a personal-best time for me. The crowd was still great even though the weather was not."

"We are always happy to run here. We are always happy to run fast here. We would want it to be warmer, but the crowd was great. We tried to bring it around strong for them."

"It's hard to run in cold weather. This is our second home and we wanted to run fast for all the people who stayed through the rain."

"I felt really good coming off the first curve, but it was tough on the backstretch. I had an adrenaline rush and I knew I had to get out fast and be the first one to the break."

"This was a really exciting race, but it was really cold. I am not used to running in the cold weather. I got out really well, but still felt a little tight. I just wanted to try and give my team the lead."
