IRVING, Texas - Danielle Wilson (Baylor) was named Phillips 66 Big 12 Women's Basketball Player of the Week by a media voting panel for games of Feb. 9-15. Wilson was honored for the first time this season and fourth time in her career.

Wilson, a 6-3 post, averaged 22.5 points, 12.0 rebounds and 3.5 blocks in leading Baylor to victories over Oklahoma State and Missouri. In addition, she registered four assists and two steals while recording her 13th and 14th double-doubles of the season. The Bay Shore, N.Y., native shot 61.3 percent (19-of-31) from the floor in the two games.

Against Missouri, the junior post tied her career high in scoring with a game-high 26 points. She led all players in rebounding with 13 and added four blocks and a steal. Wilson was 11-of-13 from the floor in the contest.

Wilson tallied 19 points and 11 rebounds, five of which were off the offensive glass at OSU. She added three assists, three blocks and a steal.

Wilson needs 21 points to tally 1,000 career points. She will become the third Lady Bear to reach that milestone this season joining Jessica Morrow and Rachel Allison.
