LAST TIME OUT VS. UT ARLINGTON (DEC. 20, 2008)

Kevin Rogers recorded a double-double with 13 points and 13 rebounds. Tweety Carter and Henry Dugat added 13 and 11 points, respectively.
• The Bears took their first lead of the second half on a drive and spinning layup by Jerrells with 6:12 remaining in regulation. Jumpers from Jerrells and Rogers put Baylor up five, 70-65, completing a 10-0 spurt -- the only sustained run either team could muster in the game.
• Jerrells hit three free throws in the final minute, his only miss with 16.9 seconds left -- finishing the night 16-of-17 from the line. UTA rebounded and had a chance to tie, but Anthony Vereen's 3-point attempt bounced off the rim and Baylor's Fred Ellis grabbed the rebound to seal the victory.
• Baylor never found its rhythm in the first half. The Bears trailed at the break (41-32) for the first time this season and never led by more than one point in the first period.

PREVIEWING UT ARLINGTON

He now stands alone in fifth place with 213 career 3-point field goals made -- three ahead of teammate LaceDarius Dunn (210), who currently sits in sixth place.

• Since extending his double-digit scoring streak to 19 consecutive games Nov. 27 vs. Iona, Dunn has been held under 10 points in three straight contests for the first time in his career.
• Tuesday vs. Jackson State, Dunn scored three points -- his lowest scoring output being held scoreless Feb. 27, 2008, at Colorado.

A DOUBLE TRIPLE THREAT
• Louisiana guards Tweety Carter and LaceDarius Dunn have accounted for 45 of Baylor's 67 3-point field goals through nine games this season -- 67.2 percent of the team's 3-point scoring production.
• Carter (213) and Dunn (210) have combined to make 423 career treys in 183 career games. The remaining 11 Bears have combined to make 42 career triples in 325 games.
