The Lady Bears sealed the victory with two more wins less than a minute apart. On court three Jana Bielikova defeated Chrissy Svetlic 6-3, 6-1, while No. 23 Zuzana Zemenova downed Jessica Guiggioli 6-3, 6-0 on court one to clinch the match.
Natalie Holmes dropped a 6-0, 6-2 decision on court six to Katelyn Ritchie to give Missouri its first point of the day, and Kaitlyn Dunham secured the Tigers' second point with a third-set supertiebreaker win over Zuzana Chmelarova 6-4, 2-6, 10-7 at flight five singles.
In doubles play, Baylor got on the board quickly as the fourth-ranked tandem of Zemenova and Broosova blanked Weber and Svetlic, 8-0 on court one. The Lady Bears secured the doubles point on court three as Stanivuk and Holmes defeated Giuggioli and Ritchie by a score of 8-4. Baylor swept the doubles point as Chmelarova and Bielikova downed Dunham and Sofia Ayala 8-4 on court two.
