When did you start playing your sport?
I started when I was five.
Who has had the greatest impact on your career?
My dad, because he is my biggest fan. He goes through all of the ups and downs with me.
What is the best part of being a college athlete?
The fact that we do not have to schedule our classes, because they do it for us. The free gear is nice too, but mostly just being able to represent our school
Favorite sport other than your own?
Volleyball
After meeting Coach Jobson, what was you first thought?
I think we all realized she was pretty intense right off the bat, but we love them all and they have great character
If you could play a different position, what would it be?
Well I have played all of them this year. I think if I was crazy enough, I would probably be a goalie.
Do you have a pre-game ritual, if so what is it?
Yes, I always right Second Corinthians 4:8-9 on my left wrist.
What is the most unique item in your locker?
Dirty socks
What is the funniest moment from Baylor practice?
Well, freshman year, we had an assistant coach who is really goofy. They stopped practice and gave us a really serious talk. Right after that, she tried to kick the ball and tripped on her pants and fell on her face.
Who are your favorite sports heroes?
I've been a huge John Elway fan ever since I was little
What is your most embarrassing sports moment?
Scoring an own goal
What is the biggest challenge you have had to overcome?
This year, I had surgery right when the preseason started and had to miss a lot of the season. I've never had a serious injury before, much less surgery. That was a tough eight weeks
What opposing schools do you most look forward to competing against?
Texas A&M
What is one thing Coach Jobson always tells you?
That we need to grow our hearts.
What is your favorite team road trip?
I would say the Big Twelve tournament freshman year. We had a really eventful bus ride down there and stayed in a really nice hotel. It was fun because we got to go out on the Riverwalk.
Who is your biggest fan?
My dad
Why did you choose to attend Baylor?
I came here for soccer, and I really liked the team atmosphere on my visit. The campus is gorgeous and it's a pretty good distance from home.
What's the most important thing you've learned as a Baylor athlete?
It's a little different than I thought it would be. It has been intense but it has taught me a lot

What is one thing you would change about Baylor?
I would maybe put it thirty to forty-five minutes closer to Austin.
What are three words that describe you?
Intense, competitive, and passionate
What song is stuck in your head right now?
I have a Josh Turner and Trish Yearwood song stuck in my head right now.
What is your favorite T.V. show?
I really like all those stupid MTV shows.
Name one thing that people would be surprised to learn about you.
I cry more than people would expect, especially this year

What is your dream job?
I would really like to work with a pro sports organization

A picture I have of my grandmother and me. She passed away last May, and I have it on the dashboard of my car
