FSN Southwest will telecast a 30-minute special previewing the 2006 Baylor Bears football season on Thursday, Aug. 24 at 10:00 p.m. CT (replayed Friday, Aug. 25 at 9:30 p.m. CT except in FSN Houston markets; Saturday, Aug. 26 at 4:30 p.m. CT and Wednesday, Aug. 30 at noon CT). The program is part of a month-long series in August previewing every Big 12 Conference school (see schedule below).

Emily Jones, FSN's new Big 12 sideline reporter, hosts the program from the Baylor campus. It will include an interview with Baylor head coach Guy Morriss offering his assessment on the upcoming season, a feature on cornerback C.J. Wilson and a rundown of the team's schedule.

Former college football coaches Jackie Sherrill and Pat Jones, the network's new Southwest Football Saturday studio analysts, offer a detailed look inside the Bears season and handicap the Big 12 South Division race.

The 2006 Baylor Bears football preview show is telecast throughout FSN Southwest's regional territory, reaching over 8 million cable and satellite TV homes in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, Louisiana and parts of New Mexico. Satellite TV customers living outside of the Southwest region can watch the program on DirecTV Ch. 643 and Dish Network Ch. 416.

The show also will air several times nationally on Fox College Sports (FCS) - three regionally-aligned channels (FCS Atlantic, FSC Central, FCS Pacific) programmed from the 21 FSN and FSN-affiliated regional sports networks and available to 53 million digital cable TV homes nationwide.
