THE LADY BEARS
The Lady Bears come into their final exhibition game after a 94-23 victory over Louisiana College, an NCAA Division III school. Sophomore guard Jessica Morrow led all scorers with 15 while senior forward Bernice Mosby followed closely with 14. Freshmen posts Jessika Bradley and Danielle Wilson added 11 apiece to complete Baylor's double-digit scoring. Bradley led all rebounders with nine and added two blocks and two steals. Mosby hauled down seven rebounds and 5-5 freshman guard Whitney Jones tallied six boards.
THE JAGUARS
The Houston Jaguars were founded in 1997 as a travel team to help women's basketball players continue their post-collegiate career and aspire to take their playing skills to the next level of professional achievement. The Jaguars compete against some of the top Division I colleges and universities each year, sometimes sending split squads to two schools in one night.
Former Texas A&M players Tamea Scales and Brandi Jones both play for the Jaguars as well as former University of Houston All-American Chandi Jones.
