MISCELLANEOUS NOTES
• The Lady Bears are 75-10, including a current 22-game winning streak, in the Ferrell Center during Kim Mulkey-Robertson's five-plus seasons at Baylor.
• Baylor is 111-10 under Mulkey-Robertson when scoring 70 or more points, including 70-3 when putting 80 or more on the scoreboard.
• Baylor is 43-2 in non-conference home games, including 17 straight, under Mulkey-Robertson. The Lady Bears have won 41 straight regular season non-conference home games.
• The Lady Bears have won 30 straight games dating back to last season, the 11th-longest streak in NCAA history.

TEAM NOTES
• Baylor outscored Sam Houston State 28-5, including a 17-0 run, over the first eight minutes of the game. The Lady Bears also held the Bearkats scoreless for the first 8:50 of the second half, scoring 15 straight to open the half.
• The Lady Bears had a season-high 52 rebounds, surpassing the previous total of 44 on three occasions, and held Sam Houston State to 21, the season-low for a Baylor opponent.
• Baylor's 40-point margin of victory is a season best and the largest since a 45-point win over Montana State exactly one year ago - Dec. 29, 2004.
• The Lady Bears committed a season-low 12 fouls, but had a season-high 21 turnovers.
• Baylor outscored Sam Houston State, 14-0 in second chance points, 48-12 in the paint and 16-4 on fast breaks.
• Baylor's 10-0 start is the second-best in school history, trailing only the 2001-02 squad, which started the season with 12 straight wins.
INDIVIDUAL NOTES
• Sophia Young is on track to join an elite group who have tallied 2,000 points, 1,000 rebounds, 300 assists and 300 steals in their NCAA Division I career, as she currently has 1,954 points, 1,089 rebounds, 258 assists and 260 steals.
• Young has produced double-digit scoring in 107 of 116 career games, including 56 in a row.
• Young has now scored 20 or more points seven times this season and 36 times in her career.
• Chameka Scott scored a season-high 19 points and pulled down a season-high 11 rebounds for her third career double-double. She also added a season-high five steals and a season-high four assists.
• Abiola Wabara rejected a career-high five shots, tying for the seventh-best single game in school history and the most since Monica Arnold had six against Kansas State Feb. 28, 2001.
• LaToya Wyatt tied a career-high with five rebounds.
• Jordan Davis had a season-high three rebounds.
