WACO, Texas - Women's basketball point guard Angela Tisdale has been suspended for three games following a recent violation of team rules, head coach Kim Mulkey-Robertson announced today.
Tisdale will sit out games at home against McNeese State (Dec. 13) and Sam Houston State (Dec. 29) and a Dec. 17 road game at Army.
Tisdale, a 5-5 sophomore from Austin, Texas, is Baylor's second leading scorer this season averaging 15.7 points a game. In addition to playing 31.3 minutes a game, Tisdale dishes out 7.29 assists a contest.
Coach Mulkey-Robertson will have no further comment on this matter.
