WACO, Texas (AP) - Steffanie Blackmon scored a season-high 29 points and Sophia Young added 13 points and eight rebounds to help No. 19 Baylor beat No. 24 Oklahoma 77-62 on Saturday night.
Blackmon hit 11-of-15 from the floor and 7-of-7 from the line for the Lady Bears (20-6, 8-5 Big 12).
Erin Higgins was 3-of-6 on 3-pointers and scored 13 points to lead Oklahoma (17-7, 7-6). Maria Villarroel added 12 points, and Caton Hill and Leah Rush each scored 11.
After Baylor went up 46-36 early in the second half on Chelsea Whitaker's steal and layup, the Lady Bears held Oklahoma to just 15 points over the next 17 minutes.
Whitaker finished with 10 assists.
