Thomas Chromiak joined Baylor Athletics in August 2025 as a Graduate Assistant for Marketing and Fan Experience. In this role, he serves as the primary marketing point of contact for Baylor Equestrian and Track and Field. He also assists in football and women’s basketball game production and is a manager for Baylor’s Cub Club.
Before arriving at Baylor, Thomas worked in the athletic department at Liberty University as a Marketing Coordinator. He started with the Flames in October 2023 and served in the areas of coordination, production, and marketing of all NCAA sports, including football, men’s and women’s basketball, volleyball, baseball, and softball. Thomas also helped lead the student intern program at Liberty. In his final year, Thomas focused his efforts on in-arena experience for volleyball and women’s basketball.
Thomas graduated from Liberty University in 2025 with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and Data Analytics with a focus in Marketing. At Baylor, he is pursuing a Master’s in Sport Management. Thomas is originally from Schnecksville, Pennsylvania.
