Peyton Ritchie serves Baylor Athletics as the Director of Operations for the Volleyball program.
Ritchie came to Waco via Eugene, Oregon, and started with the squad in January 2025.
 
In the fall of 2024, Ritchie served her alma mater, Bushnell University, as an assistant coach. The Beacons finished with a 19-13 record and went 14-8 in the Cascade Collegiate Conference. Ritchie helped guide her squad to the CCC Tournament and a berth in the NAIA Tournament in her first season. She also served Bushnell as an Undergraduate Admissions Counselor since July 2024 and was the Bushnell Vision & Call Graduate Intern from 2023-24.
 
Ritchie was a setter with the Beacons, playing in nearly 50 matches during her five-year career. She was a four-time Academic All-Conference selection and NAIA Scholar-Athlete, and as a graduate student, earned Collegiate Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District honors.
The Eugene, Ore., native graduated from Bushnell in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business, sports management, with a minor in Spanish. She went on to earn her Master of Arts in Sports Management in 2024.
