Baylor

Matthew Kirchner serves Baylor Athletics as the Director for Video Production within the creative department.

He was elevated to his current role in August 2024 after being promoted to Associate Director of Video Production in August 2023. Kirchner was initially hired in August 2021 as an Assistant Director in Creative Services.

In his role, Kirchner works specifically with the men’s basketball, softball and golf programs for the Bears, in addition to working on general athletics projects.

Previously, he was a Baylor Branding and Creative student worker as an undergraduate from 2017-21. Kirchner also served as a Data Governance intern for Hertz in the summer of 2019 and as an Assurance Intern at Ernst & Young in 2021 before he started working full-time at Baylor.

The Fort Myers, Florida, native graduated from Baylor in 2021 with his BBA in Business Fellows and Accounting.
