Maegan Thomas serves as an Academic Coach in BU's Student-Athlete Center for Excellence (SACE), working primarily with soccer, equestrian and women's golf.
Thomas joined Baylor Athletics after serving as Texas A&M University Athletic Academic Mentor (2024-25). She was also a Texas A&M University Emergency Medical Services Dispatcher (2023-25) and East Texas Baptist University Women's Basketball Student Assistant (2022-23).
Thomas earned her Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science from East Texas Baptist University in 2023, and her Master of Science in Sport Management from Texas A&M University in 2025.
She is originally from Van Alystene, Texas.
