Jon Sisk joined Baylor Athletics in August 2026 as Senior Associate AD for Development. In his role, he oversees fundraising strategies with the Baylor Bear Foundation, manages donor relations and collaborates with coaching staffs to help meet the needs of Baylor's athletic programs.
A longtime member of the Baylor family, Sisk first joined Baylor University in September 2012 as Assistant Director of the Baylor Business Network, serving in that role until 2015. He then worked as Director of Regional Engagement and Development from 2015-18 before becoming Senior Director of Development for Truett Seminary from 2019-26.
Sisk earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Baylor University in 2005.
He and his wife, Whitney, have been married since 2009 and are the proud parents of four children: Connor, Logan, Landry, and Aubrey.
