Jadyn Wells is in her first year as the Director of On-Campus Recruiting at Baylor in 2025.
Wells joined the Bears after a five-year tenure as a member of the recruiting staff at Texas Tech, where she was a student assistant from 2021-2024 and served as a football recruiting intern from 2019-21.
Wells also worked a summer internship with Michigan in football operations and recruiting in 2023.
She was Vice President of Membership, Human Resources Director and on the Member Development Committee while spending time in the Kappa Alpha Theta chapter at Texas Tech.
A five-time member of the President’s List and a two-time Dean’s List selection at Tech, Wells earned her bachelor’s degree in sports management in 2024.
Wells is the daughter of former Utah State and Texas Tech head coach, and current associate head coach and offensive coordinator at Kansas State, Matt Wells and his wife Jen Wells. She has a sister, Ella and a brother Wyatt.
