Jacob Walker serves Baylor Athletics as the Director of Compliance.

He was promoted into this role in August 2024, most recently serving as the Associate Director for Compliance.

Walker started working at Baylor in 2014 within the Compliance office.

The Crockett, Texas, native graduated from Texas A&M Commerce in 2010.
