Jacob Prail joined Baylor Athletics in November 2024 as the Associate Director of Fan Experience. In this role, he oversees the Fan Experience for soccer and women’s basketball.
 
Before arriving at Baylor, Jacob worked in the University of Massachusetts athletic department. He began at UMass in February 2023 as the marketing lead for UMass Hockey and Men’s Lacrosse. Later that year, he also led the marketing efforts for men’s and women’s soccer, field hockey, baseball and softball as well as oversaw the on-field coordination at football, the student internship program, all student marketing efforts and campus events coordination.
 
Prior to his experience at UMass, Jacob worked in the Villanova University athletic department. He started with the Wildcats in August 2022 as a marketing assistant. While he was there, Jacob worked as the primary marketing contact for volleyball, women’s lacrosse, and beach volleyball. He also served as the game director for football and women’s basketball as well as a promotions coordinator for men’s basketball. He also oversaw the student internship program.
 
Jacob attended the University of North Florida and studied at the Silverfield College of Education and Human Services. While he was a student, he joined the Ospreys marketing department as a marketing intern, working specifically with UNF Soccer and Softball during the 2021-22 season. Jacob graduated from the University of North Florida in May 2022 with a Bachelor’s in Sport Management.
 
Jacob is originally from Palm Harbor, Florida.
