Erin Boyette serves Baylor Athletics as a Director of Business Operations for the Bears.
Boyette has been working for BU since September 2019, and has been in her current role since May 2025. She has Business Operations oversight of multiple NCAA sport programs, as well as several administrative units, including the Health & Wellness department at Baylor.
She began her career in Waco as the Medical Claims Coordinator in 2019 before becoming the Health & Wellness Operations Coordinator in 2020. She was then elevated to the Director of Health & Wellness Operations in 2021. In these roles, she was charged with project management, overseeing new initiatives, the designee for Athletics HIPAA, and was the point of contact for outside consultants and independent contractors.
She is an Athletic Trainer by trade, working as such at Texas A&M from 2012-2019, serving the Volleyball team as well as Women's Golf for a stint. She also had oversight of the graduate assistant AT for Women's Tennis.
A two-time LSU graduate, she has her bachelor's in kinesiology with a concentration on Athletic Training (2010) and her Master's in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Pedagogy and Psychological Sciences (2012).
A Baton Rouge, La., native, Boyette is married to Dalis, and the couple have two kids - Brody and Brynnley.
