Earl Chevalier serves Baylor Athletics as the Director of Football Player Development & Operations Assistant and in his second year.
Chevalier has taken on a vital role in the program, assisting in the development of the roster, both on and off the field.
He joined the Baylor staff after a decorated career at LSU, where he served as an assistant strength & conditioning coach from 2007-2024, a 17-year career.
While at LSU, Chevalier served on the Student-Athlete Council on Culture and Engagement, serving as one of six full-time staff members to function on the student focused council.
Chevalier earned his bachelor’s degree from LSU in 2004 in kinesiology and exercise science.
