Dustin Howerton joined Baylor Athletics in December 2025 as the Assistant Director of Ticket Sales.
He previously served as the Coordinator of Group Sales from 2024-25 at Arkansas as well as a ticket center assistant from 2023-24.
Howerton also has experience as a broadcast media assistant for the Razorback Sports Network (2022-24) and J.B. Hunt capacity procurement representative (2021-22).
A Fort Smith, Arkansas native, he earned his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (2020) and Master of Education in Recreation and Sport Management (2024) degrees from the University of Arkansas.
