Carson Bailey serves Baylor Athletics as the Assistant Director of Front Office Operations, his role changing in August of 2025.

Bailey officially joined the Office of Governance & Regulatory Affairs in January 2025 as Assistant Director of Compliance after serving as the Graduate Assistant for a year. He is set to graduate with his Master's in Sports Management in May 2025.

Bailey, an Oklahoma City native, graduated from Baylor in 2023 with his bachelor's degree in Business Administration, also working in the office as an intern.
