Bryan Ersoy serves Baylor Athletics as a Director of Playfly Max for Baylor Sports Properties.

He came to Waco in November 2024 in this role.

Prior to Baylor, Ersoy worked for 6 years at a sports marketing agency owned by Packers All-Time Leading Receiver Donald Driver. At the agency, Ersoy started their NIL department from scratch in 2021, which consisted of recruiting all the athletes on their roster, creating a stranglehold on representing the top NIL talent in Wisconsin and securing deals for them with several high end local, regional and national brands.

Ersoy was raised in Pewaukee, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 2019, while majoring in Political Science and Communications.
