2026 TEXAS ADVISING SUMMIT: FRIDAY, OCT. 30
Join us for the 2026 Texas Advising Summit on Friday, October 30, 2026, proudly hosted by Baylor University’s Student-Athlete Center for Excellence. This year's theme is Built 4 Both: Holistic Support for Student-Athletes and Staff. Grounded in today's evolving collegiate athletics landscape- including NIL opportunities, the transfer portal, and growing mental health needs, this summit explores strategies to support both student-athletes and the professionals who serve them. Throughout the day, attendees will engage in meaningful conversations, collaborative learning, and professional development focused on strengthening holistic support across our campuses.
Registration is now open! We encourage you to reserve your spot early and join colleagues from across Texas for a day of connection, learning, and inspiration.

SACE GRADUATION CELEBRATION:
This event is at the end of every fall and spring semester where we honor our graduating student-athletes with a plaque along with their student-athlete cord and stoles to wear when they walk the stage!

GOLDEN BRUISER AWARDS:
The annual Golden Bruiser Awards is an ESPY-style show for all Baylor student-athletes to come together at the end of the athletics season and be honored for their accomplishments on and off the field! The Baylor Athletics Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) puts on and presents at the show where nominations are submitted by staff members in the spring semester.
This prestigious event serves as a testament to their hard work, dedication, and contributions to the Baylor community.
