FB Game Times Announced; Future Schedules Adjusted

WACO, Texas -- Baylor football has had its first three weeks of game times solidified by its league television partners and the Big 12 Conference, and BU has adjusted its future non-conference scheduling in 2027 and 2028.
The 2026 schedule saw its first three weeks of game times and television designations assigned by the Big 12 Conference and the league's television partners. Baylor will open the season on Sept. 5 vs. Auburn in Atlanta at 2:30 p.m. CT on ABC. The Bears will then kickoff the home slate on Sept. 12 vs. Prairie View A&M at 7 p.m. on ESPN+, and will face Louisiana Tech at 3 p.m. on ESPNU on Sept. 19.
Baylor and Oregon have agreed to mutually cancel the home-and-home series, slated for 2027 and 2028.
The Bears previously had their game with UCF moved to Friday, Oct. 30 in Orlando. That contest will be televised live on ESPN and kickoff at 6:30 p.m. CT.
