Peterson tries to make it a ‘game-day experience that they will remember’

Working with two distinctly different programs, Noah Peterson is the primary contact for Baylor men's basketball and acrobatics & tumbling as an Associate Director of Fan Engagement.
"We appreciate people that take the time to research, do what's best and make sure our student-athletes have the best game-day experience that they will remember," said Treasure Fields, Director of Operations for the seven-time NCATA national championship A&T program. "We are thankful for you, and we're looking forward to another national championship season."
Graduating from the University of Kentucky in 2019 with a bachelor's in marketing, Noah also worked with baseball in the past and was the primary contact for softball, soccer and gymnastics as a graduate assistant at LSU for two years.
Finishing his second full year at Baylor, Noah won the One Standard, One Accord award for mastering fundamentals and pursuing excellence.
"It's been such a blast to work alongside you these last two seasons," said Max Calderone, Associate Director of Communications. "You really excel at everything that you put your mind to, and it's no surprise to me to see you continue to get more and more opportunity and climb the ladder here."
A native of Lexington, Ky., Noah came to Baylor in November of 2021 as an assistant director and was promoted to associate director just 14 months later.
"It's an honor to work with you every single day," said Mikaela Sullivan, Director of Strategic Marketing. "You always bring the best attitude, the best personality to every single meeting, every single event that we have. I learn from you every single day in the office, and I'm really grateful for that opportunity. Keep doing you, and you'll make it far in this life."
While Noah is one that is "able to keep things light and fun around the office," Calderone said, "you're also the first one to offer a helping hand anytime somebody needs it."
"Thank you, Noah, for being such a great friend and a great teammate," Max said.
Congrats, Noah, on winning your staff award. Now, let's go win a couple more national championships next year.
