Dear Baylor Family,
Baylor University, in partnership with the City of Waco, is thrilled to open the doors to the new Paul & Alejandra Foster Pavilion on Jan. 2 and Jan. 3 as our top-10 ranked Baylor men's and women's basketball teams head into the second half of the season.
As the Athletics Department continues to work around the clock to prepare for this exciting inaugural season, we want to extend a message of gratitude to all Faculty and Staff for your support and patience during this time of transition.
While there may be limited availability for the men's game on Jan. 2, Baylor Faculty and Staff are invited to help celebrate this new facility by joining us on Jan. 3 for Baylor women's basketball's Big 12 Conference opener versus our Bluebonnet rival TCU. Below you will find more information about the process to obtain tickets.

PACK THE PAVILION
To help bolster the best atmosphere in college basketball, Baylor Athletics has created the Pack the Pavilion Ticket Return Program. Season-ticket holders will have the ability to return their tickets if they are unable to attend any game, allowing Baylor Athletics to put them in the hands of our incredible Faculty and Staff.
As part of Pack the Pavilion, Faculty & Staff can track available single-game tickets here.

TICKET CLAIM PROCESS
The process of claiming a Faculty and Staff ticket at The Foster is similar to other Baylor intercollegiate athletic events where individual game tickets are available.
Faculty and staff who present a valid Baylor ID card and swipe-in at the Ticket Center located at Foster Pavilion within 90 minutes of game time may receive complimentary tickets. The Baylor faculty/staff member must be present to swipe-in to receive the tickets.
Complimentary tickets will only be available for faculty, staff, their spouse and dependent children, and all members of the party must be present at time of ticket pick up. Single faculty and staff may request complimentary tickets for themselves and their dependents or one guest. A taxable benefit for complimentary tickets may be assessed in sellout situations. Complimentary tickets are provided for regular-season games only.
Complimentary faculty and staff walk-up tickets available for men's games in the Foster Pavilion will be limited – and potentially unavailable for marquee games.
---
PARKING AT FOSTER PAVILION
In partnership with the City of Waco, Faculty & Staff are encouraged to park in free public parking lots downtown. There will be a free shuttle at Heritage Square to transport fans directly to the Pavilion Plaza. City of Waco Public Parking can be found near the Convention Center, Heritage Square and a parking garage located on 5th Street and Franklin.
More detailed parking information can be found here.
