Quinnipiac would respond in set three, and Baylor would fight from behind for the entire set. Baylor was forced to burn its two timeouts early as the Bobcats took the 18-11 lead. The Bears started a comeback that would see them tie the score at 21-21 after a block by Fanning and Yossiana Pressley.

BU fought off a set point and used a Fanning ace and Bobcat attack error to end the match in straight sets.

TOP QUOTE
"It's great to have a three-set sweep. The first two sets we came out and played really clean. We kept (Quinnipiac) at a low percentage and we hit at a high percentage. Once again, Shelly (Fanning) was unstoppable for us in the middle. I thought Katie (Staiger) got some good rhythm. We're still trying to work on a few things that we want to put into place for future matches, and some of those things look good." ÃÆ'Æ'à € ' ¢ÃƒÆ'Æ' ¢' ¬"head coach Ryan McGuyre

WHAT'S NEXT
The Bears close out the Cougar Challenge with a meeting against the College of Charleston at noon CT Saturday in Pullman.
