No. 3 Virginia downed top-seeded Oklahoma, 4-1, capturing the 2015 Division I Men's Tennis Team Championship for the second time in three years. The Cavaliers title match with the Sooners began with a UVA sweep of doubles, 8-4, 8-5, 8-5. Facing a 1-0 deficit moving into singles, OU managed to answer back with a quick 6-3, 6-2 victory from Spencer Papa over Virginia's Alexander Ritschard on Court 5. UVA regained the lead from Court 3, with Collin Altamirano grabbing a 6-3, 6-3 win over OU's Dane Webb. Thai-Son Kwiatkowski secured the Cavaliers' third point at No. 4, downing Alex Ghilea, 6-3, 6-4. With a 3-1 advantage on the board, UVA closed out the match and title with Mitchell Frank outlasting Oklahoma's Andrew Harris, 7-5, 7-5.
