FLUSHING, N.Y. - Baylor men's tennis junior
Julian Lenz dropped his opening match of the USTA/ITA National Indoor Intercollegiate Championships against Vanderbilt's Gonzales Austin, 6-4, 6-4, Thursday at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center.
The top-ranked Lenz fell to 3-2 on the season in tournament play with the loss to the ninth-ranked Gonzales. Lenz has also competed in the professional the Napa Valley Challenger earlier this fall where he finished with a record of 5-1.
