WACO, Texas - The Baylor volleyball team (10-6, 1-1) heads to Fort Worth for a Big 12 match Saturday at 11 a.m. to face TCU (11-6, 1-2) at the TCU Recreation Center.
Baylor is coming off a five-set loss to Texas Tech at home Wednesday, which evened BU's Big 12 record after a road win Saturday at Kansas State.
TCU posted a 10-4 non-conference record before picking up a Big 12 win over Iowa State in four sets at home. But, the Horned Frogs also have league losses to Texas Tech and most recently, at Oklahoma Wednesday in three sets.
The Horned Frogs have a strong blocking game ranking fourth in the Big 12 in blocks per set at 2.40, and TCU leads the league with 1.61 service aces per contest.
Baylor ranks atop the Big 12 in kills per set, led by Andie Malloy's 4.02 per frame, which is second in the Big 12. Baylor's Amy Rosenbaum ranks ninth in the NCAA in total assists (671) while ranking fourth in the Big 12 in assists per set at 10.65.
