MANSFIELD, Texas - A pair of Baylor freshmen, Lars Behlen and Mate Zsiga, lost in first round action in the main draw of the Futures of Mansfield Tournament in Mansfield, Texas.

Zsiga, who gained entry into the tournament's main draw by winning the wild card tournament, lost on Tuesday to Dennis Nevolo of the USA, 6-3, 6-1.

Behlen was one of eight players to fight their way through qualifying to advance to the main draw. Taking on the tournament's No. 6 seed and 346th-ranked Chris Eaton of Great Britain, Behlen lost in straight sets, 6-4, 6-2

The Bears will be back in action when they compete in the ITA Texas Regional, Oct. 21-24, in College Station, Texas.
